Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, answer client inquiries, and provide solutions to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conferencing

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions
  • Perform routine tasks, such as responding to client requests and resolving issues, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with experienced agents to resolve complex issues and provide guidance
  • Provide training and support to new hires and less experienced staff members
  • Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Preparation and Training

* You will receive comprehensive classroom training, advanced on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, services, and procedures

  • Training will begin on March 11, 2024, and will last for 7 weeks. Training hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • You are expected to attend the full term of this paid 7-week training program
  • Your regular schedule for working will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and some holidays
  • You may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy

Required Capabilities

* 6+ years of experience in customer service and issue resolution, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Bilingual speaking capability in Spanish/English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management

Preferred Capabilities

* Call center experience

  • Financial services experience
  • Ability to provide excellent customer care while listening, gathering information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues
  • Ability to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
  • Essential Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to learn business processes and procedures quickly

Work Schedule

* A/B Schedule: This role requires working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. You may be required to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
