Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from Aetna clients, responding to questions and concerns about their healthcare plans

  • Provide personalized support to help clients navigate their benefits, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related services
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
