Job Summary
We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a part-time remote work arrangement. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, processing customer orders and information, and assisting with inventory management. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing your time.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and maintain data in the required systems
- Process and verify customer orders and information
- Assist in inventory management and updates
- Generate reports as requested by management
- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to enhance database processes
- Ensure compliance with data entry policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic understanding of database management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Additional coursework or certifications in data management or administrative support
