Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our team to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and approaching customers to identify their needs and improve their shopping experience
  • Serving as the primary supplier of customer service at the storefront, acting as a liaison between customers and management
  • Extending support at the register when required and guaranteeing that high customer service standards are achieved by assisting cashiers with complex transactions
  • Adhering to arenaflex's guidelines for merchandising and presentation, including following designated floor layouts, meeting signage requirements, implementing price modifications, maintaining inventory presentations, and adhering to restocking standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or similar environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
