Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as a key contact for clients and consumers, providing timely and accurate service delivery
• Handling inquiries and resolving client and candidate issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
• Proactively identifying and resolving client and candidate issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Providing ongoing client service at the highest level, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and drive business growth
• Participating in special projects or initiatives as assigned to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, but not required
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• Typing minimum 45 WPM, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus, but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and productivity
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
