Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing personalized solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences
