The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to get the most out of our product. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer emails and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Reproducing bugs and documenting problems for our development team
- Reporting on feedback and usability issues to help us improve our product
- Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences
