Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed, while maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. If you're tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed.
  • Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on order-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue escalation rates.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online platforms and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
