Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also be required to perform various administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks using various software applications, including but not limited to: + arenaflex's proprietary data management system + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Other relevant software applications as required
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
- Perform data analysis and reporting tasks to support business decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless data management processes
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
