Key Responsibilities:
As a Forum Chats Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring forum threads and enforcing community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members
- Facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
- Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Providing exceptional customer support via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Handling incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries from potential new customers
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
What You Will Be Doing:
As a live chat moderator, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Handling sales inquiries and converting leads into customers
- Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement customer support strategies
Contract Length and Rate:
* No fixed term contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Skills and Background:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours of availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
