Position Overview

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This flexible part-time role allows you to work remotely while providing top-notch support to our valued customers. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies, and assisting customers with ticket changes, cancellations, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
