The Role

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms

• Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Requirements

* Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
