The Role

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits. You'll also troubleshoot technical issues with online tools and resources, collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
