Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

• Perform transactions and related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products
• Advise customers of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive customer interaction
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service level goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer transactions and information
• Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, loans, and credit cards
