Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our pricing and underwriting analysis team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating pricing models, and providing insights to support business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and SQL will be essential in driving our pricing strategies and ensuring the accuracy of our financial models.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data and create pricing models using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, such as pivot tables, macros, and formula auditing.

  • Utilize intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large and complex data sets.
  • Identify and solve pricing issues by retrieving and analyzing internal data and data obtained from third-party sources.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes to track, evaluate, and report on pricing efforts and suggest method upgrades to enhance current pricing mechanisms.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal business partners across various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales.
  • Present pricing theory suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a regular basis.
  • Prepare senior-level executive documentation of pricing theory financial metric suggestions (Executive Governance Memos).

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics.

  • High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide data to executives and leaders across the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

* Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including applying a theme, formatting text spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format and/or formatting font.

  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word, including placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within and outside the country).
