Job Summary

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll engage with customers through online conversations to assist them with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary focus will be to provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and capture customer contact information for lead generation. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
