Desjardins is a financial services cooperative that is seeking to enhance its Client Relations Centre for Life and Health Insurance. The role involves advising and supporting clients in navigating life, disability, and group insurance, while also empowering them with financial tools and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience while answering questions from members and clients about life, disability and group insurance, as well as loans and mutual fund products
  • Offer attentive, personalized support by proposing tailored solutions and taking a proactive advisory role to fully support members and clients
  • Help members and clients become financially empowered by guiding them to use the digital tools available
  • Proactively update your knowledge by strategically monitoring your area of expertise

Skills

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Ability to come into one of our call centres located at the specified addresses if required
