- Conduct virtual inspections of residential and commercial properties using Valligent’s advanced video tools
- Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to schedule inspections and address concerns
- Provide professional, personable, and problem-solving interactions with all points of contact
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A background in real estate, construction, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology for conducting virtual inspections
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for conducting virtual inspections
- A dedicated remote workspace or in-office location
- Experience in real estate
- Customer service experience
