[Remote] Powersports - Virtual Auto Adjuster - Remote

They are seeking a Specialty Claims Adjuster for motorized powersports to advocate for insureds and claimants, assess damage, and negotiate repair costs for motorcycle and off-road vehicle claims.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advocate for both insureds and claimants, engaging in detailed discussions about Specialty Vehicle repairs
- Access claims through multiple platforms, reviewing policies, verifying coverages, and assessing prior claims
- Collaborate with repair shops, communicate directly with customers, and conduct virtual inspections to assess damage
- Create detailed estimates, research custom parts, perform total loss evaluations, and negotiate repair costs
- Explain estimates to customers, guide them through the claims process, and facilitate payments to ensure satisfaction and transparency
Skills
- Minimum of 18 months experience in estimating damage for motorcycle, off-road vehicles, and snowmobiles using CCC or Mitchell
- Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications
- Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims
- Ability to conduct estimates in real time and be on camera with customers during the process
