Job Description Own and scale our Amazon U.S. business end to end-from assortment readiness and content excellence to retail media and operations-delivering profitable Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth while establishing repeatable playbooks for further marketplace expansion. Scope & Responsibilities - Own revenue growth and manage day-to-day operations across Amazon (and Walmart). - Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion, and compliance with each marketplace's best practices. - Coordinate new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotions - SEA and Social Media Experience - Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and develop action plans that improve conversion rates, buy box performance, and ad effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer service, and marketing) to maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and product content. - Ensure marketplace compliance by monitoring platform policies, minimizing order defect rates, and proactively resolving issues. - Report regularly on revenue progress, advertising results, and operational KPIs to senior management We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large third-party marketplace accounts - specifically Amazon (Walmart is a plus). - Proven track record of managing online stores generating at least $1+ million per year in revenue. - Strong analytical skills using Excel and marketplace dashboards to measure and forecast results. - Advanced knowledge of marketplace optimization including SEO, content enrichment, and pricing strategies. - Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon & Walmart) - Proficiency with marketplace management tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor or similar). - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. - Deep understanding of marketplace fees, fulfillment options, and profit optimization strategies. - Native in English / Spanish is a plus
