We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented seasonal Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers of our portable restroom services during our peak season. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling rentals and service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule new rentals, service requests, deliveries, and pickups
  • Enter and update customer information, orders, and service details accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide customers with clear information about service
  • Maintain organized records and follow up on open requests
  • Support general administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Requirements
  • This is temporary position to support our customer service team during our peak season. Seasonal Part time or Full time seeking applicants are welcome to apply
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (phone-based experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and customer management software
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high-volume or urgent situations
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Remote role with frequent phone and computer use
  • Minimal physical demands; primarily seated work
