Summary

The Sr. Technical Consultant will consult clients on business goals, objectives, and needs as they relate to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other system needs. Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications software. Work directly with clients to provide needs assessment, installation, set-up, implementation, training, and consultation services. Travel to client sites will be required.

Job Duties

  • Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate those needs into software solutions.
  • Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Use development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results.
  • Assess available solutions and recommend solutions to the consulting team.
  • Support and Develop Enterprise Solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Train and mentor other Oracle Cloud Resources
  • Support, Direct, and Configure Oracle Fusion software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Create test scripts and training documentation.
  • Keep the project manager and project team informed on individual deliverables
  • Manage your track/workstream independently, interact with clients, conduct requirements and training sessions, etc.
  • Fully configure the Oracle Cloud modules in your application track/workstream.
  • Assist sales team to create solution and provide estimates for implementation activities. May serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during sales process.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, required or related work experience.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Travel

This position requires up to 20% travel, typically less than 20% over the course of implementation projects.

  • International travel may be required.
  • Must be able and willing to travel via air and automobile.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

The estimated base rate range for this position: $125,000 - $135,000 annually. The actual annual range is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, role requirements, and responsibilities. This position also offers a variable bonus based on company and individual performance and employee stock options. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate. Denovo reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
