Your Role in VT Markets As Country Manager – Indonesia you will lead the company’s business expansion and operations in the Indonesia market. You will play a pivotal role in developing market-specific strategies, building strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, and ensuring compliance with Indonesia's financial regulations. You will work closely with regional and global teams including marketing, product, legal, and operations to deliver a unified growth approach. This is a remote position based in the Indonesia. You will work during local business hours from your home. Your Responsibilities Will Include 1. Market Entry & Strategic DevelopmentLead and execute localized go-to-market plans to grow VT Markets’ presence in Indonesia. Utilize market insights to enhance brand visibility and identify new business and partnership opportunities. 2. Partner Acquisition & Sales GrowthDevelop Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and clients. Recruit new partners, increase trading volume, and manage a sales pipeline to meet KPIs. Implement sales promotions tailored to the Indonesia market. 3. Sales Management & Team LeadershipHire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Monitor team performance, adjust strategies as needed, and mentor staff to improve client engagement and service quality. 4. Marketing Strategy & Brand AlignmentManage Indo-specific marketing campaigns in alignment with global initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify market opportunities and potential risks. 5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure all activities comply with Indonesia financial regulations. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on audits and documentation. Stay updated on market and regulatory changes. 6. Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisAnalyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve market positioning. 7. Operational Coordination & ReportingServe as the liaison between Indonesia and global teams. Lead presentations and negotiations with key partners. Provide timely feedback and reports to ensure smooth operations. What Success Looks Like- Achievement of set business development targets (monthly/quarterly) in terms of IB acquisition, client growth, and revenue generation.
- Development of a strong and active network of IBs and affiliate partners in Indonesia.
- Clear contribution to the Indonesia market penetration and VT Markets’ regional revenue.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams, ensuring smooth and compliant operational processes.
- Representation of VT Markets at local industry events and forums.
- 5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, particularly in business development, sales, or market management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the forex industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia financial market and its regulatory environment.
- Experience in managing relationships with forex brokers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong personal network of IBs and affiliates within the Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of the forex industry, including trading platforms (MT4, MT5), financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for sales and pipeline tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities with high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment.

- Native Filipino language proficiency and fluency in English.
- Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
- Ability to work independently using your own laptop and internet connection.
