What Will I Be Doing?

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
  • Conducting consultative conversations to understand customer needs and goals
  • Recommending solutions that align with customer lifestyle and budget
  • Breaking down product features into simple, benefit-driven explanations
  • Overcoming objections and building confidence in purchasing decisions
  • Managing follow-ups and nurturing leads through a longer sales cycle
  • Accurately documenting all interactions in CRM systems
  • Building rapport with customers through a confident, positive approach
  • Delivering solutions, not pressure

What qualities do I have?

  • Strong consultative sales mindset
  • Ability to build trust and connect with a wide range of customers
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient and comfortable handling objections
  • Organized with strong follow-through

What qualifications do I need?

  • 2+ years of sales or consultative customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1+ year in a call center or high-volume environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask across systems
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
