About the Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented, well-organized, and interested in compliance within an international environment? Are you currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree and looking for an internship where you can truly gain hands-on experience? Then this internship might be a great fit for you! As a Compliance Intern, you will support the compliance team with various administrative and coordination tasks. You will work fully remotely and collaborate closely with colleagues across different countries.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an active part in supporting daily compliance activities and ensuring that processes and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Your tasks will include:

  • Organize, structure, and maintain compliance-related documentation in shared digital systems

  • Perform administrative processing of compliance data, including registering, updating, and validating information

  • Support the mapping and documentation of compliance processes, procedures, and workflows

  • Assist in preparing overviews, summaries, and basic reports related to compliance activities

  • Communicate online with internal stakeholders and colleagues across different countries and regions

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of document management and compliance processes

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information at all times

Candidate Profile

You are a motivated and eager-to-learn student who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to gain practical experience in an international setting.

You bring the following:

  • Currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree
  • Looking for an internship where you can actively contribute and gain real hands-on experience
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong communication skills in an online environment
  • Interested in compliance, processes, and administrative work
