The Role: Broker Associate – Commercial Real Estate This is a high-performance, apprenticeship-style role designed to develop a top-tier commercial real estate broker. You will work directly under senior leadership, supporting multifamily and investment sales across Michigan and expanding markets. This is not a passive desk role. It is a demanding, hands-on position requiring initiative, resilience, and ownership. You will gain direct exposure to: Underwriting and financial analysisBroker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and pricing strategyMarket research and comparable sales analysisProspecting and relationship developmentProperty tours and client meetingsOffering memorandum preparationStrategic negotiationFull-cycle deal execution from listing through closing Resources and Mentorship You will receive: Direct mentorship from senior leadershipAccess to underwriting models and proprietary valuation frameworksCRM, data platforms, and market research toolsExposure to investor relationships and capital strategyMarketing support for offering materialsStructured accountability and performance tracking We believe brokers should think like principals.
