Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions. You'll be part of our International Voice team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

• Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
• Provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely support

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification is 10+2

• Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Clear communication with both internal and external customers
• Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
• Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Good typing skills
