Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Consistency and Compliance, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for processing and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and analyze data from various sources, including FBI fingerprints, TSA Clearinghouse, and other government databases

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HRIS and EC systems
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve compliance and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis and compliance procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL)

• Knowledge of government regulations and industry standards (e.g., TSA Clearinghouse, CHRC)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
