Job Summary

As a Customer Care Executive - Sales, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound voice processes, customer service inquiries, and sales conversions. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound voice processes, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Support new customer registrations and onboard them to our services
  • Manage customer queries and feedback via email or phone, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Convert leads into customers through effective sales conversations and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth
