About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and working at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via inbound and outbound calls

  • Conduct creative problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
  • Document details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and program requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with multiple software applications and systems
