Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business decisions with data-driven insights. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
- Examining customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecasting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Developing and implementing our content launch and episode release strategy
- Testing marketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
- Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python
- Experience with statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
