Job Overview

As an Experienced Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and upsell/cross-sell services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Provide product information and upsell/cross-sell services to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a bilingual or multilingual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
