We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our vibrant remote office as a French Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide property quotes to prospective and existing clients in French
- Assist clients with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience
- Deliver maintenance support to resolve any issues promptly
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Fluent or native proficiency in French (written and spoken)
- A strong preference for an extra language being Spanish, English, or Arabic
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong work ethic with a positive outlook
