Job Summary

As a Hurricane Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients affected by hurricanes. You'll work remotely, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Your primary goal will be to help customers with all their needs, ensuring they receive the support they require during this challenging time.

Schedule

We understand that flexibility is key, which is why we offer flexible work schedule options. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime. This allows you to balance your work and personal life while still delivering exceptional customer service.

Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance goals. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (please note: you cannot use Mobile home internet or Satellite internet service)
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
