Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
  • Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. You'll also need to have basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
