Responsibilities

As a Non-Profit Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to process donations for various non-profit organizations efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months of virtual call center experience or 1 year of brick and mortar experience
