Responsibilities

As a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional assistance to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to pharmaceutical clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications
