Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, receiving in-bound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Listening to customers' concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems
  • Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
  • Utilizing technology to multi-task and handle calls efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule and Availability

We are hiring for the following shifts:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts that can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
  • We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked

Training and Development

When you start, we will provide comprehensive training that includes:

  • A combination of virtual classroom and on-the-job training that is typically 6 weeks long but can vary in duration
  • Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST with a lunch break
