The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate the complexities of the automotive industry. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing fantastic service over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels
  • Using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
  • Offering timely and accurate solutions to customers while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You'll Need

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Michigan resident with a stable and distraction-free work environment
