Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Following established communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions and alternatives to meet their expectations
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services, promoting arenaflex's offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences
  • Taking orders over the phone and ringing them into our Point of Sale (POS) system, as well as processing mail orders into our mail order system
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, with a passion for building relationships and resolving issues
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant experience in a customer support role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
