About Engine

At Engine, we’re transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented — we’re here to change that. We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That’s why we’re building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place.

To make this vision real, we’re looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.

More than 20,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience.

Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In’s Best Places to Work.

We're looking for a Senior RevOps Program Manager to own the operational rhythm of our go-to-market engine. This isn't a task-tracker role, it's the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You'll drive cross-functional programs across Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Product, and Finance, making sure the right work ships on time and the org isn't flying blind between planning cycles.

If you're someone who runs toward ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and won't let a project stall because no one claimed the next step—this is your seat.

Here's what you'll do

  • Own and drive the RevOps program portfolio end-to-end—GTM launches, system rollouts, process changes, enablement initiatives—from scoping through delivery
  • Build and maintain the cross-functional operating cadence: stakeholder syncs, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation paths
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Product to translate strategic priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners and timelines
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and misalignment across GTM functions—then fix them, not just flag them
  • Stand up lightweight frameworks for intake, prioritization, and capacity planning so the team isn't constantly reactive
  • Keep leadership informed with tight status reporting—progress, risks, decisions needed—without turning everything into a deck

Here's what we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operations
  • Proven ability to run multi-workstream programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders without positional authority
  • Strong organizational instincts—you build trackers, timelines, and accountability structures that people actually use
  • Comfortable in Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL is a plus
  • Sharp communicator—you write clear briefs, run efficient meetings, and know when to escalate vs. absorb
  • Bias toward action and ownership—you don't wait for perfect information to move things forward
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent operational experience works too

Applications for this role will be accepted through August 7th, 2026 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.

In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
