Resource Coordinator (6-month contract) (AR)

We’re currently looking for a Resource Coordinator (6-month contract) to support a new initiative within our operations team.This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and bringing structure and visibility to resource management.

�� What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience coordinating people, resources, or operations
  • Has experience in project management
  • Is highly organized and detail-orientedIs comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Has strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Has solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesIs confident managing multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Has experience working with Excel (must-have)
  • Has experience building and managing dashboards and reports
  • Is comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights clearly
  • Has upper-intermediate English or higher
  • Does not necessarily require a university degree, but experience in similar roles is highly valued

�� What you will do

  • Assign resources based on skills, availability, and urgency
  • Maintain visibility of capacity (availability, utilization, bench)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operations
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and planning
  • Present information in a clear and structured way to stakeholders
  • Track performance and coordinate feedback cycles
  • Manage resource lifecycle (assignment, reassignment, exit, potential conversion)
  • Coordinate across Talent, Vendor Management, and Business Units

�� Location All positions at ENG are fully remote.

Contract This is a contract role for approximately 6 months, with a workload of 6 to 8 hours per day (to be defined based on availability and business needs).
