Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities at target accounts with outbound prospecting
- Share market feedback with Account Executives and Sales Development teams
- Prospect into target accounts through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Follow structured outreach sequences and messaging frameworks
- Learn how to research accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
- Collaborate with your team to hit shared goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of professional experience (sales, customer service, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback
