They are seeking an appearance attorney to cover a wide range of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related appearances, looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow with the firm.
Responsibilities
- Appear on a wide range of default services court appearances including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related matters
- Frequent client contact
- Management of numerous legal matters and assignments including but not limited to settlement negotiations and litigated matters
Skills
- Positive energy and confidence
- Superior public speaking skills
- Admission to New York, plus if you're admitted in NJ or PA
- Admission to or willingness to waive into corresponding district courts
- Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently
