Job Description:- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist in creating and managing campaign assets aligned with messaging and brand standards
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
- Help define campaign objectives, audiences, and messaging with guidance from leadership
- Execute lead generation initiatives across email, social, webinars, and events
- Support paid advertising and retargeting efforts
- Assist with lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs
- Participate in A/B testing and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign-related roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Understanding of digital channels (email, social, paid media)
- Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making
