They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently and escalating technical requests as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual customer support (French and English) via phone and email
  • Handle general inquiries and guide customers to appropriate resources
  • Identify and filter technical questions for resolution by specialized technical agents
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Participate in training to develop technical knowledge for career growth
  • Promote and adhere to company policies, including health, safety, and quality standards

Skills

  • Full professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or technical support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and product knowledge quickly
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Post-secondary education
