Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Travel Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us manage customer itineraries, handle customer requests and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and managing customer itineraries, handling customer requests and inquiries, providing guidance and support to customers, maintaining accurate records and tracking customer activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements
