Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Providing chat and email support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms, ensuring that our clients' financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services
  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform our business decisions and optimize our services
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and services
  • Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Helping to build a team of CS superstars by mentoring and coaching new team members
  • Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on how to use our proxies effectively

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts and technologies
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
  • Self-motivation, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your role
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues
  • A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-direction
  • Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on finding new and better ways to solve customer problems
  • Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and other productivity software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, such as Zendesk and Intercom
  • A reliable computer, internet connection, and headset with microphone and webcam for meetings
  • A willingness to work outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends
