Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll work in a team-based environment, responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, resolving customer challenges, and using all resources to drive success. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home (if required)
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a focus on business, communications, or a related field
