About the Role

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Marketing and Communications team. As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our product, marketing, and communications teams to develop predictive models, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior and drive business growth
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and communications teams to develop and execute strategies that drive user engagement and retention
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize user experience
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with our data engineering team to develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and machine learning

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
